Looking for a camp for your 3-6 year old daughter? Gotta Dance at 3131 Custer Rd, Plano is hosting a morning Princess Dance Camp where each day a new princess is featured. The dancers start with a ballet class, followed by revealing the princess of the day. They have princess story time and then learn a dance from the princess movie. The day ends with a snack, craft, and a jazz class. The camp dates are June 27-30 and July 11-14 from 9am-noon and it’s only $100 per week! Learn more on their website or call them at (972) 769-0017.

The updated Jack Carter Pool & Sprayground opens Saturday, July 9th, but there’s more coming! Thanks to a $25,000 donation from the Plano Lions Club, an inclusive, all-abilities playground will also be built at Jack Carter Park, opening next Spring. It will include experiences that involve movement and climbing as well as a mix of tactile, visual and auditory features.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Center opened a new cafe serving Starbucks coffee and tea beverages, salads, freshly baked pastry and sandwich options from Grapevine’s Main Street Bread Baking Company. We went for a media event and the food was really good! So now you can enjoy a great coffee while your kids play.

Be the Dinosaur in Grapevine is open from June 3 – September 18 in the Grand Gallery.  Visitors will be able to see a complex and far-reaching restoration of dinosaurs that include some amazing features like scientifically accurate muscle, nervous, sensory and digestive systems, easy to use controls and activities specifically for younger visitors, simulation technology, and more interactive exhibits.
