Back The Blue Day
Join our community as we rally together on Friday, Sept. 9 to celebrate “Back the Blue” Day in Plano. City staff will be sporting “Back the Blue” t-shirts to show their support. No matter how you choose to celebrate, please share your efforts to “Back the Blue” on Facebook and Twitter with hashtag #PlanoBackTheBlue and #MyPlano.

Main Hall with treats to sample and purchase from more than 40 vendors, 4 General Admission Entrance times: 10:00AM (sold out), 11:30AM, 1:00PM, & 2:30PM. The grounds are open to all ticket holders starting at 10:00. Entrance times are for the main hall. An Interactive Kids Table, silent auction, food trucks, free parking.

Roald Dahl Party

Celebrate Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday! Have a whoopseysplunkers time with activities and crafts based on his books, Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. All ages. P.S. I was at the West Plano Costco today and they are selling a collection of Roald Dahl books!

Family Connection Night
Meadows Elementary School, Plano
Saturday 6-8pm
We’ll have family fun playing good ole fashioned family-friendly Bingo and enjoy a 30 minute show and a 10 minute Clown “tutoring” time by Daisty the Clown from Clownin’ Around. Clown Noses for all! Every kid wins a prize! Plus…we’ll send you home with a family connection tool! Bring your own dinner or snacks (optional). Free.
