The Wildflower Arts & Music Festival is happening in Richardson this weekend. It’s a fun event full of performances, arts and crafts and other fun. A single-day adult pass is $25 (only $12 for Richardson residents when purchased in advance) and kids 5-12 are $5 and on Sunday they are FREE!
You’ll get to enjoy lots of musical performances on several stages. We enjoyed watching a percussion performance (which included several kids getting up and dancing with the performers) and an awesome, and funny, man on a unicycle who had lots of audience participation.
The Kidz Korner area includes a petting zoo, free balloon art, a butterfly tent, face painting, art projects and more. We came home with a cool spin-art project done with a Frisbee! There is also a Kidz Korner stage. Check the performance schedule here.
This is a great activity, especially if you go on Sunday since kids are free!
